well when i built my box for my l5 i built it inbetween the smallest and the largest ported box size. i dunno if it is because i had my gain to high, but i have gone threw like 4 of them everytime i stick it in a ported box i get a burning smell, then my sub cone just freezes stiff.

by the way i am using a kx 400.1 amp

now back to the subs what do u guys think about a orion h2 12'' v. a 12'' stroker not the pro. which one would hit harder, and sound louder.

i guess i can go 350 on a sub if i have too.

Honestly, I have never heard them, but for the money, I would go with the 2 12" type-rs. You can get them off ebay for like 250-270 shipped a pair. Thats what I plan on doing.
