Couple questions.

Yes

10.5" x 3 = 31.5" + 1.5"(wood considering you're using .75") = 33"
i have another option:

what if i extend the baffle to 41" across but leave the wall width 35".

subtract .75 for each wall and that gives me 33.5".

the mounting hole diameter is only 9" and if I give .25" clearance from the internal wall that leaves 3.25 inches between the holes and 3.75 inches from the holes to the edge of the baffle.

awta look decent ya think?

If it's tall enough you could stagger them a bit to save some room too.
i was thinkin about that as an option or making the box pentagon shaped with 3 baffels instead of square, but the pentagon is not going to be ideal sonically, and the staggering is only gunna buy me about 2 inches cause the baffel is only 13-(maby 14) inches tall and i think will look shitty.

it would look so nice to have them in a row.

i actually have 41 inches at the front of the box, the problem is that there is a brace across the floor of the trunk near the back seat that angles down to 35." if i could fit the shape of the trunk perfectly, there would be plenty of room, but i wanted to use MDF and dont see angling the box that way to be easy.

F-glass on the bottom of the box is a worst case scenario option but i really didn'tt want to **** with that unless i absolutely have to.

See, the trunk is wider as it goes toward the back of the car. that **** brace is ****ing my world up.
