Newbie here. Couple of questions. Car is Audi A3 -98.
Just ordered some cheapish Pioneer car player, cause the old one doesn`t have USB/Aux. I wan`t to listen music using Spotify. Mostly some heavy / rock music and i prefer it loud.
- Which connection (AUX/USB) is better for sound quality? Have an android phone. Or does it matter?
Pioneer gives 4x55w (reality is around 19w per channel i guess). So i have some crappy Audi original speakers at front and high sensitivity Hertz Dieci 6x9 speakers at the rear. Yeah, i know it screams "teenage". But i can feel the kick in my back when cranking up. And these can be pushed quite loud.
- If i take the cables of from the front speakers, does the Pioneer give more power for the rear 6x9s? The front`s are so bad, pure crap. I guess they have about 100mm drivers.
I know some separate set at front would be optimal, but have to save some money and order some rings where the front ones are, that way i can put 5,25" drivers there in future. For now i just want some background music loud for driving to job and gym etc.
Thanks!
