Could someone tell me if thesr specs are ok?

The operating range is on my question page ... it operates 11V - 16v

Keep me straight, need all the help I can get.

Im not sure how it would work at 11v, unless that is what the battery puts out when the alternator is not charging it.

even if u just turn the key on it is still pushin 12v without the car runnin
