io really dont know the whole story yet i havent gotten a chance to talk to her. were both at work. its just been a few short txts shes sent me about the accident.

They could have ticked for "failure to maintain control of a vehicle" (she could not stop the vehicle before she crashed) or "excessive speed" (she was going to fast to stop but they would probably need skid marks) or "inattentive driving" (not paying attention to the cars around her)

your first 2 are just as BS as the actual ticket. the 3rd is the only reasonable ticket to give even if the cops being a dick

i am going to find out more about it. as stated before, ill call the station or a neighboring one and ask. or maybe ill get into contact with the officer and ask that he provide me with the code that requires a ticket be issued in a rear end accident.
