Well I'm judging interest to see if I'm going to go further with this but idea sparked since everyone hates using spring terminal cups for the not-so-great connections some times, steel sucks ... so copper it is.

I'm not sure on pricing yet but I'm hoping to have these for like 15 bucks shipped to you with copper nuts and washers for the best possible connection between your amp leads, and your box - instead of drilling straight through, using a big bit and not sealing properly (is one way) but with long wiring here comes issues when you try to change equipment, or pull stuff out regularly.

If interested I'll see what I can find out on pricing, they'd go out priority mail for cheap shipping but bulk orders (for box builders, or people who just want a bunch) will get a good discount.

Maybe something like these

Completely threaded, aswell as a copper washer and I might not be able to get copper nuts due to it not being a hard metal, but another highly conductive metal such as brass or Cu-Ni at like 90/10.

Depends, I just machine out some copper all thread, and throw some nuts/washers on them. Drill two holes through the box and your gold
Essentially yeah, some people just don't want to go as far as to make their own. I'm just not sure on the cost yet so I aimed pretty high, but to sell these for maybe even like 8-10 bucks shipped (since copper isn't cheap and I'd wanna make a buck or two) just depends what the quote I sent out comes back on pricing

see that's what I wanted to hear I don't have any idea how much this is going to run till I get a call back from a materials supplier, and i'm not sure they even do orders as small as mine will be ... that was just a high estimate. like i said i'd like to have them for like $10 shipped, but not sure where cost throws me since copper is expensive as shit and by the time they're shipped to me and i ship to you ...

I had an option "price too high" but apparently it didnt work

I'd consider going with brass, compromise of the cost and softness of copper, with the low cost and durability of steel. They'd still be great connections, and would be cheaper for all parties, won't strip as easily, and won't be noticeably worse in quality (stereo wise). I understand the whole point of keeping full copper contact throughout the whole course of the stereo lines, but even in the amp, the terminal connections are not copper (or on one's I've seen).
