confuse about fuses and fuse holder

i am about to buy this amp kit

to be used on my diamond d3 400.4 and crystal sscs 6 component system. i am confuse if i could use the include fuse holder and fuse though for my integra 96 coupe. i read somewhere that the fuse need to be compared to something but i dont know. so will this amp kit be fine for my system? any help would be appreciated.

well depending on how many amps u are running and how much current they draw. u can find that out by the fuses on the amp its self. get the sum of the the fuses and there u have the fuse size for the main fust at the battery. for ex. if the amp has two 20 amp fuses the total is around the 40 range for the main fuse at the battery.

the fuse of the amp is rated at 40A. the included fuse that comes with the amp kit mentioned above is rated at 120A. so will that amp kit be good for my system?

It's larger than you currently need, but that won't hurt anything as long as your amp can accept a 4-gauge input. It should work fine.

isnt that amp a 4 channel and isnt the wire kit only for a 2 channel? i think he might need different rcas

since you FUSE THE WIRE, the amp kit provides the correct fuse, you will be fine.

you should be str8 u can alway on the long run ad a distro. block and add another amp with that 120

yes you fuse to wire size. the amp is already supplied with it's proper fusing. the wire needs to be fused so the wire doesn't get too hot and melt or short which both can result in fire
