CONCOURS SERIES USA-230 Troubleshooting

I have a CONCOURS SERIES USA-230 installed in my El Camino, and it has ceased to work.

When I covered my car for the winter the stereo worked fine, but as I am bringing it out for spring the stereo has seemed to gain some issues.

It will turn on, but the backlight doesn't come on. It can scan frequencies, but will never find a station, and there is no static or anything coming out of my speakers. The fuses are not burnt out in the fuse box.

The only thing that I did to the car before seeing if the stereo worked was hook up the battery to a low amp, 12 V charger.

Any ideas of what could be wrong would be greatly appreciated.
