yea well anyone can help me please and get it running like it should that 15 dollar gift certificate is yours

i got it i called dell and they installed the wireless driver card and the touchpad for me they litterally took control of the computer haha. pretty good customer service i must say

did you give the dell rep the $15 gift certificate?
