computer guys i need some help

if anyone can get this computer unlocked and tell my how to do it i will paypal you what i have remaining in my account i think its like $9.42 or something like that

it boots up to windows and ask for a username and passoword

i have clicked ok and nothing happens

i also started it in safe mode and tried clicking ok still nothing also typed in administrator when in safe mode and left the passwrod blank and still nothing

so can anyone help me for under 10 bucks

its a ibm thinkpad runs windows xp

go through safe mode and left click on the "Administrator" log on, if its not passworded go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change an Account, then click on the account other than the admin and click "Remove Password" click ok and you should be set. If that doesnt work you then have to run a bootable disc and go through dos and remove the password from there.
