Compustar Alarm Help

Hey whats up.. Ive seen people start threads here and were helped, any help i can get would be apprecited... Aight so i recently purchased and had a compustar 2 way alarm installed and after about a month its actin up... Remote start, arm, disarm, everything works great except when i disarm sometimes my doors wont unlock.. sometimes it will.. THis is the second alarm i had and the Sidewinder alarm i had before was doing the same thing, reason why i took it out.. any thing i could do to fix this, before i go and take it back..

had that happen to one of friends and i just hooked up a relays to his lock and unlock wires and its worked fine. what yea and model is your car.

all depends on the vehicle anythen chrysler is tricky with resisters and relays or it could b 5 wire door locks try getn the diagram 4 yur car directechs.com but that iz strikly dealer tech suport or try bulldogsecurity.com good luck

Did you get it installed in Houston? It could be a loose wire I've seen it happen when they don't connect the wires too well and if it's a crappy shop like my friend went to for his alarm back in the day they do black tape for connections. If you had it installed in Houston take it to them and have them check it out. If you did get it installed in Houston can I ask where at?

Well i pulled a panel underneath my dash to expose some of the wires from my alarm and i noticed that when i tilt my steering wheel it pulls on a bunch of wires, so since then ive stop tilting the steering wheel so much and it has worked good since then. So probably a loose wire..
