components demand amp?

anyone in here run MB Quart Components??? I just picked up my new "Q's" and was wondering what ya'll are running them with power-wise. Are components in general good off headunit power or are they begging for an amp??

I got the pce-216. Premium searies which is right below the q-line.

There very nice speaker. They get very loud.

I currently have them amped with a alpine mvr-t420 which is 120x2 rms .

The gain is set alittle below half and the crossover at 75hz.

I have the JBL but I'll only put it in after I sort of my charging and electrical probs.

then you wont see how well your components do until then. with that alpine youll be putting maybe 22 watts to them
