Component RMS ??

I know this is a noob question so forgive me. When the speaker manufacturer states the RMS wattage for a set of comps, does that mean for each individual speaker or per side? I'm looking for a decent set of comps in the $150-200 range that will work with my amp. My amp is a power acoustik LFA4-1600 (piece of crap I know, but it's what I have for now) and it's rated at 150 RMS x 4 @ 4 ohms. The rear two channels are for a single 10" sub. I'm sure this amps is way over rated, so what would be a safe assumption to actual output for the comps and what comps would you guys suggest in my price range?
