component amp help!

I plan on getting the Rainbow CMX 265 Kicks, people say they are 100-150wrms.

I am trying to pick between the eD nine.2 or this Rainbow KK2270 (used).

eD nine.2 is $220, but if I call I think I can get it for $180-$200 shipped.

Rainbow KK2270 is used for $180 shipped.

eD nine.2 puts out 100wrms x 2 @ 4 ohms (12.5v)

Rainbow KK2270 puts out 135wrms x 2 @ 4 ohms

Which would ya'll pick? or if there are any other suggestions...

I might run an eD nine.1 so the eD nine.2 would also make the install look cleaner.
