Yea I had a friendly pm with an admin about that bs. I was told to be mad at google , not the admin. I've had that Ava since I registered on here.Fuck dude, you lost your ava too I see...man this place is going down the fucking toilet.
I wasn't telling you to rush out and buy one, man. I was just saying it's a decent looking car.i already agreed it was.. But not for the price.. The interior on the $22,000 Optima looks just as nice.
Which one? I think the new Taurus looks great,as well as the new Malibu. And if my budget was 15k more, I would love oneI wasn't telling you to rush out and buy one, man. I was just saying it's a decent looking car.
And American cars are made in Mexico. Endless debate here, and it's just going to turn this thread to ****"American made" Kia's and Toyota's are a scam. They make the parts over seas, import the parts, and only the final assembly stage is done in the US. This does 2 things. One, it avoids the larger import tariffs placed on fully assembled cars. And two, it allows them to claim 'made in America' when the reality is the final assembly stage is a very small portion of the over all manufacturing costs/process/jobs, but unwitting Americans are so ready to buy into the idea that their Toyota purchase supports the US economy that they dont bother finding out the real story behind the claim. This is especially true when you consider that more and more of the assembly process is automated.
Im not getting into the whole debate over how much this helps or hurts the economy, but if we are going to discuss the 'made in America' status, these facts should be mentioned.
Funny thing is that was developed by Ford Europe, not an American design.I just took a look at the new Taurus. It is a nice looking vehicle...
And Canada. The United States doesn't manufacture much anymore. And American cars are made in Mexico.
