Complete New System Need Suggestions

So I've got a friend who is looking to upgrade everything from factory in her Focus. She wants to keep her budget below 800. I've done some research and this is what I've come up with for the best bang for the buck.

HU: Alpine CDA-9884 - $160

Front Speakers: Polk db571 - $60

Rear Speakers: Polk db571 - $60

Sub: Alpine SWR 1222D - $110

Amp: Polk C500.1 - $200

Signal & Remote Lines: I have extra - Free

Speaker Wiring: I have extra - Free

iPod Cable: $30

Amp Wiring: $30

Box: $25 - Building myself

Install: Free

If anyone has any experience with any of these components and can comment on their quality, please chime in. Any other suggestions would be hot.

Get her a different h/u can save you 50-75 bucks.

can get 500 rms for cheaper than 200.

The polks will be killer she will love them and the alpine head unit shoot the best. Good setup.

Thanks. I agree Bush that the amp can be found cheaper. Any suggestions? What about a Kenwoof 9104D? Or 8104D?
