i just hooked my stereo and compent set back up in my car. i had all power off battery disconnected. i hooked my compents up to my amp and turned it on played fine for about 10 seconds. i noticed the left side stopped playing. i thought it came unplugged or something all connections were good at the amp and the speaker. the other speaker plays just fine and if i put another speaker on the wire my image dynamic compent speaker is on it will play. but the image dynamic one wont what is the deal here did i blow it? i figured if it was blown it would just scratch but it does nothing at all

It sounds like youre trying to say COMPONENT.. hmm..

First, swap channels, see if the speaker plays. If it DOES play, its your amp, if not, its your speaker.
