Clifford Alarm Remote

OK i think i messed something up on the alarm or unprogrammed something. I was trynig to program my remote to the alarm but kept pressing all the wrong combinations on the valet switch (exp press 8 times than hold etc). Now i beleive i cleared all the remotes from the alarm and dont know how to program the one i have. What do i have to do? How can i make the alarm recognizs my remote? heres some into

Clifford matrix RSX 471 or something like that

The remote is a replalcement 4 button w/o the LCD screen.

turn car on leave on. press and hold valet button. once you here the chirp press the lock button on the remote. done

Well if you mean actually turn the car on i cant, the alarm wont let me. I think you mean press the valet button twice, hold it the second time and than press lock or unlock on the remote......i tried this and nothing no luck. Thanks for the input but any other suggestions?

no turn the ignition on.. and yes press 2 times and hold.. it should program...

yea that didnt work. the remote light goes on like its working but it didnt do anything
