video from ipod to play on a pioneer avic d3

can hear it just can not see it. i have the in motion hack done and just a standard ipod adapter. oh and i have the ipod touch screen if that makes a difference.

i dont know that pioneer has an ipod video cable. they might, i just dont know. i know alpine does, and it isnt very cheap.

you arent going to get it with a regular ipod interface cable.

My brother just looked into this because he had the same problem. If you have a newer Ipod than good luck on getting it to work. For some reason Apple decided that they would not allow the "video out" on the Ipod to work if it wasn't hooked up to an Apple authorized video product. If I find out anymore info on how to get it to work I'll post it up.

have you tried to go under settings then tv out on the ipod??

thats how the older ipods were set up.

ive heard the new ones dont work but im sure there is a way
