not really familiar with the brand but my name is Clif. anyways welcome to the forum, im sure someone can point you in the right direction, I personally have never used that equipment so I cant comment.

I dont know to much about them other that the are made by the same company as Audiobahn,and they dont put out rated power,but I dont know about the Clif it self,I am sure someone on here has experiences with them that can help u

Clif is hooked up with MA Audio, Visonik etc, not Audiobahn, but the owners are bothers which makes it a little confusing.

Clif looks pretty legit to me. Classier than MA's approach IMO. I wouldn't expect world class performance or anything, but I'd be willing to give them a try if it fit my needs/price range.

Clif Designs is made by Anaba, they are responsible for Mobile Authority, Ultra Linear, Visonik, and MA Audio, as well. As far as Anaba's designs go - Clif Designs is to SQ what MA Audio is to SPL.

appreciate the replies i guess im going im goin gto try the type x . i been rolling with the jl audio for a few yrs . wanted to try something new less $$$ .i still want to have that bang. but i am open to other suggestions you guys may have.

clif design 1.1 lx mono amp claims to be 1000 watts does anyone know if its an cool amp.

I had the Clif Designs CD120c 12" SPL series sub that I pounded the hell out of without an problems if that helps.

Over the past few Clif has spent a lot time and money improving products. The recent run of subs (Nuclear series and Aftermath series) are a result of this effort. I am getting samples from the first production run of these subs for testing shortly.
