The best CERTIFIED test I've ever seen on the BRZ2400 was 1100 watts. What does the SQ do? I don't care about those clipped dynamic test

I know a lot of people say power is power, but there is a noticeable SQ difference between the two, soundqubed has better dampening.

I'm sure it has better heat disapation also. Those SQ amps use to be cheaper, supply and demand. Just like when I got my BC2000 it was well under $300.

Are all sounqubed amps compliant? I'm looking at the Q1-1200 amp with 15" D2 bundle for $440. Is that going to pound for the money?

No, but underground brands don't need to be CEA rated. Look for (legit) clamp results

It will most likely "pound"

I have about $500 for a amp/sub bundle. I can make a box. Would that be the best? I don't want used stuff. I only have a 4 gauge power wire. I have plenty of trunk space

You can get a lot more for your money used.

most underground amps are better built than most CEA compliant amps. Puts out a lot more power at a lower ohm load and is built like a tank.

that bundle is perfect for your budget. You'll need a properly designed ported box, cannot go sealed with this sub. Make sure you have enough clearance, airspace and port area for the highest output box possible.

You can get good deals with bundles, but it is not always the case. Just check the sub and amp classifieds for things in your price range. I can't think of any off the top of my head. I know 360Durango is getting rid of a bunch of nice subs

I haven't looked yet. I have access to a wood shop and I can get anything made for just bringing the wood. Do u know a good program?

Do you mean the soundqubed gets wet better, or that it has better DAMPING?

FWIW - CEA-2006 compliance isn't of much value on a 1 ohm stable amp.

The spec deals with 4 ohm power only.

By the time you drop to 1 ohm it doesn't mean much of anything.
