Why not? Gary Biggs did it with success in the toughest class of competition.Yes, there is. You wouldn't put square speakers behind a bulkhead in your car if the goal was SQ though.
Sums it up quite nicely.OP, there is absolutly no audible difference to be heard between classes of amplifiers.. period..
Anyone who tells you differently is either a liar or an idiot..

Many many more things to concern yourself about than the supposed "sound" of amp topology. For example, whether the RCA plugs are red and black or red and white. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Why? Because we're not delusional? Because we understand and comprehend what can and can not affect what we hear? Because we're not drawn in my marketing claims?People who are so big into SQ but cant tell a difference between amps make me lol.
People that cannot grasp even the most simplest of arguments make me lol. All amps sound different. Who said they sounded the same? Who? Tell me, I need names, phone numbers, addresses, SSN's......People who are so big into SQ but cant tell a difference between amps make me lol.
Hey! SQ roller coaster...weeeeeeeeeeee........... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifClass A/B that is certainly less accurate than many class D's.

A few here have stated that there is no difference, you re-read the thread.People that cannot grasp even the most simplest of arguments make me lol. All amps sound different. Who said they sounded the same? Who? Tell me, I need names, phone numbers, addresses, SSN's......
Reread the thread. Especially the part where at least myself stated, quite clearly, the fact that YOU CANNOT HEAR TOPOLOGY! No one has ever heard the class of an amp. EVER!! If you think you can, tell us what it sounds like! If I have an A/B amp and a D amp sitting next to each other, but I don't know which is which, how do I know which is which? What is the #1 "Class D" sound quality?? Define the parameters. You don't have to re-invent the wheel, just tell me what I should be listening for. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
How effing hard is this to understand? Good Lord, people.
It goes as high as 1.5db //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gifso, +-1dB from 10hz to 20khz. that makes it the kansas of rollercoasters.
+-1dB is the spread from the highest point to the lowest point. For this amp, you may very well be measuring the analog processing part of the amp and not the actual amplifier section. It goes as high as 1.5db //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
