clarion sub outs

any one know what color is for the sub?

its a dxz765mp

installer couldnt figure out which outs were for the sub .. and i didnt have time to wait for him to find em. i got em hooked up on im assuming the front or rear, but the sub controls arent working.. theres: one light gray set, one dark gray, one red, and one purple. i have it hooked to one of the gray but it cant be the sub out. the sub refuses to hit low notes lower than around 45hz? i got the xovers on the amp set around 60hz on the lp and high 20's on the subsonic filter... and i think its the fact its not on the sub out, it wont let it drop low enough.

Purple=Sub out

Red=Aux in

Gray=Front out

Black=Rear out
