1st vehicle, new to car audio

I recently got my first vehicle, a 94 chevy silverado single cab. I just got new front speakers and a boss 750 DI radio. The boss has a built in 320 watt 4 channel amp. I know that phillips is not the best brand but i was planning on using my home theater CSW3600 4 ohms phillips sub, would my amp be able to support this sub or will i need to buy a seperate amp and use my radio as a head unit. Also I'm brand new on this and could use some advice on how to wire a sub
