Looks good, I like the subfloor, dont forget to double up.. and your right about building as much as you can outside the car, my wall is the same.. You make a stronger and better box that way. Obviously there will come a point where you have to build in the car though.
Your on the right track for a very successful build!
This box had to be assembled inside the car, I don't have a keg jig so I had to screw it together from the bottom, I rested the bottom of the box on some cinder blocks and screwed it together. It ******* suckkkkkkked, the BS cut wood in the middle is where the removable fuel pump plug will bolt into, it was the only scrap wood I had lol so I made it work, want be seen and will do the job just fine so I'm not worried
My bullshiiiiiit rigged up "stand" for the box if you will lol
Box in
Sanded from 120, 220, then 400. Wood was soooo **** smooth it felt like glass, taped off, and ready for primer
Trim panels in, leveling and smoothing it all out so it looks to be one piece
iPad dash and rear of the box getting prepped for purple
Aluminum bars on the ampere amps, I painted the under sides of them do that if I ever sell them the top will still be factory, there will be white vinyl "ampere audio" stickers on these
Just need to build a rear trim beauty panel, for the back and the floor, along with my 3 ports and it will be done. The floor will be carpeted, and the rear beauty panel and port will be painted to match the box
Still need to build my amp rack, finish my doors, and build the subs, etc. So still some work to do but it's coming right along
