you are the moron for not knowing how to do a 4-runner. i thought ppl here only dug the DIY attitude?
Just because someone is on the clock does not mean a customer has the right to treat em like shit. Do you really expect to see results by being a cry baby and making a scene in a store. If I make a mistake as an employee, I am man enough to admit my mistake and I can understand why that customer would be upset. I would also do what I could, to send that customer away happy and fix my mistake. This does not mean pulling money out of my own pocket however. Now, this situation was out of the circuit city employees hands. He does not have the magic power to pull dash kits out of his ***. He does not control what circuit city keeps in their inventory. Therefor, the customer had no right to be an ***. In the business world, you will get no where walking around being a crybaby and expecting people to cater to your every need. And I promise you, if you stroll into a high end money managers office and expect him to kiss the ground you walk on you will be escorted out by security. A business transaction involves two parties each giving eachother something(currency, goods, or service). You cant expect to receive something for nothing. This is true EXCEPT when you are on the CLOCK, time to grow up!
I think I have proven my point if not beat it to death, so if anything I said doesn't jive right, ready my posts until it does.
This "if the customer is mad at me I will get mad at him" crap (and yes it is CRAP) is ok (sort of) if they just walk up to you on the street, but when a customer enters a business they expect a degree of professionalism, go to a good stock broker or any high end professional, get crazy with one of the people at the office, know what, they wont loose there cool, they will act and treat you with the same degree of respect as if you were the nicest person on earth...that is professionalism AND THAT IS why they make the big bucks and the little Ali G wannabes kiddies at BB and CC DON'T
Your a fucking 'tard...and yes most CC/BB employees have bad reps I guess. I know I had one bad experience!
Who the f*ck do you think you are? Seriously?Your a fucking 'tard...
And that sentence is a testament to it.
A.) Its a blatant generalization, and B.) you follow it with "I guess"? At least have the balls to call "most BB/CC employees" retards instead of coping out with the "I guess" remark...
And your going to impose your already retarded generalization of the entire corporation based on ONE bad experience...jesus christ...
Hoenstly...go //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif yourself...
I wasn't going to comment on this thread anymore, but this guy in essence says allot about the average demographic for the CC and BB stores.Calling the cops lol, the second this would happen i would politely ask you to leave and not return. We do not stock that dashkit either but have one in gray sitting around.
Classy.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gifI wasn't going to comment on this thread anymore, but this guy in essence says allot about the average demographic for the CC and BB stores.
Look at this guy, he is going to "politely ask you to leave and not return" so he doesn't want you to come back and give him your money? huh
second look and the gangsta (hope I spelled that ebonics enough for you) name, and the car w/ the the neon lights under it.....
...you know what, you BB and CC guys are right!... you tell those customers what's up, kick em' out of YOUR store... mess up w/ a install it's not your fault,... your the all mighty sh!t of the world and dont need to take crap form anyone because you are better then that...infact you have the blue t-shirt and little name tags to prove it, so stand your ground and set the example for the rest of us...you movers and shakers of the world you [wipes single tear away and salutes]
