help with .rar split file extraction

i have a video file that was sent to me in 2 parts but i only got the 1st one. when i try to extract it with win rar it says it is not possible unless i have part 2. is there anyway i can force this file to extract? when double click it it lets me view the title and it is a .wmv file.

You obviously only have half of it. Download the other half.

If you have a player that can play vob files (PowerDVD ect...) then just change the extension from .rar to .vob

Of course you will only be able to watch the first half of the movie though.
