Ciggerette 12v power question

Hey, is there some type of electronic device that allows you to hook up a bunch of 12v powered items (like 4 lcd monitors) to it and then you just hook up a single 12v line to it like from a cigerette lighter and it distributes the power to the 4 monitors? I am basically looking for what is equivalent to a power strip that most ppl use with computers except for the car obviously. I have searched, and maybe im just missing something. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

At radioshack there are adapters with atleast a 1 to 3 adapter for the cigarette lighter. If you want to do it the correct way by hardwiring get a distro block.
