Well i have posted some things on another thread but ill post a few here also.

1. You got paid, dont deny it you settled with the insurance company stop lying about that.

2. Everyone jumping on the band wagon and trashing our shops. Alot of the facts stated on that site are FALSE. Its surprising that no one has questioned anything on that site.. even if i had nothing to do with either sides it still brings up some questions.

3. We are the #1 car audio shop in AZ, in only 3 years we have gone from 2 guys, to 6 shops with more on the way. You cant be that successful without doing somthing right. Out of 1000 people 1 might be upset. For every 1 person that hates us (without even stepping foot in the door) I can show you 100 very happy people that only use us for there car audio.

4. The GTO didnt have 5000 worth of damage.. the owner wasnt very smart. He went to one of our competitors.. and they OVER charged him. He NEVER came back to let us fix the problem. The "kick panels" we told him they were temperary untill the new ones came from dealer. He couldnt wait till the next day for the new ones and freaked out on us and wouldnt wait.

He took the car to the competitor without ever letting us fix anything that we said was temperary fix. Of coarse they over charged him cuz they figured insurance was paying and it didnt matter anyways.

We let him use the lower model AVN instead of telling him he would be without one, when a mistake happend with our inventory. He didnt wait for us to get the right one in stock, he just went straight to competitor.

5. the 58 chevy was an accident, things happen, our installer says the brakes went we try to beleive our employees. That installer is a good guy we had no reason not to trust him. The customer expected us to pay much more then car was valued from the insurance company. Custom cars are very hard to estimate value.

My brother had a fully custom civic. Rims/audio/lots of custom work done to it, and ALOT of time. Someone ran a red light and totaled his car, the insurance only gave him value of the car plus 2500 for "custom" work. that barely covered the Rims he had. The same would work with an older car, its hard to estimate time/value. The insurance company offered him a settlement.. he took it!

When you take a settlement from an insurance company you accepting that the case is closed... you got paid. You just didnt like the settlement. We didnt tell you to sign the paper.

Im very sorry about what happened to your car. It was a great vehicle. We did what we could to help you. The GTO owner was fully compensated also. In fact im surprised he is letting you put his story up.

For anyone else saying bad things about us and never stepped foot in our store, and going off what someone else has said and not even hearing another side, your just ignorant to life.

For those who want to flame me for anything, please remember. These are all MY opinions and statements, CCA as a company doesnt endorse me saying all this in any way. I decided on my own to defend a company that I love working for. Also there are alot of other facts involved, and other false statements i could have pointed out. But its not my place to say more then I should. Being that I only know what I have stated here.

PS Im sure alot of my grammer and spelling is wrong. My bad.
