The first one looks very expensive. Mostly billet machined parts, all bolted togehter... I can't even imagine. Looks more like a prototype or some exclusive high-end and very low production run item rather than some readily available piece for the average consumers.

it has the spider on the bottom and the magnet in the middle, opposite of pretty much all other subs

looks like it has two voice coil/spider setups? certainly different i guess.
