Pork chops were so good the other night that I decided to do the same tonight. They were slacking on boneless thick so I went with bone in. Not a fan of bones in my beef or pork but it's how I prefer my chicken, skin on with bones. Firing up the grill shortly.

This. I like hot sauce and buffalo sauce but not BBQ sauce.

There are a lot of bad bbq sauces out there and they all contain a shit ton of high frutose corn syrup like Sweet Baby Rays, those are disgusting.

Homemade bbq sauce is the way to go.

Some cuts are definitely better than others. Some cuts I don't care for much at all. All I ever buy are the thick center cut chops.
