Just prepped the creamy dressing for my special macaroni salad. The last person I cooked this for was my brother before COVID came and killed him. HOPEFULLY this year will be less dramatic.
My dressing is a vinegar type. Mayo, Dijon Mustard, Distilled white vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, salt, 1 celery stalk chopped, 1/2 carrot chopped, 4 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped.
