got some prep wor/ paint work and about 30 mins of engine tear down done. pics coming

got a LITTLE engine tear down.

Then i got to painting. And as any one who paints knows its a long process to get a good finished product. this is my first try at "professional" painting.

Bowtie (was gold) it looks like theres dirt in it, but it was dust sitting on top that wiped off ill get a finished pic tomarrow.

i have school, but i come home and get to work around 4 until 10. today i didnt get much done tho cause i didnt start til 6 cause i had other stuff to do. and while i was working on the prep stuff i was also cleaning out my "shop" (extra garage) so that i would have some room. got 2 trashcans and the back of the truck full of shit to throw away.

restoring a 66 galaxie 500. Right now tearing down the engine and about to have the block tested and sandblasted. Then if the block is good (which im pretty sure it is) its getting a edelbrock performace package. After i buy the whole rebuild kit of ebay which isnt but like $370 with everything u need.
