oh and you can see that the only things i didnt por 15 in the rear are rusting bad. NEW leaf springs are rusting so imma pull them apart and por15 them so that they dont get real bad rust, at that time ill also do the rear axle and disc brakes upgrade.

well in the little free time i had today i got my bucket seat mounts all cleared of rust and painted. also got some new black molded carpet for my interior which im really excited about.

just about 2 years now, but for about 6 months last year i wasnt workin on it.

when u painted your rear brake drum, did u just sand it down to get all the dirt off then use some high heat paint or what???

use a wire brush and wheel and got all the rust off i could, washed it really well then used caliper paint.

well not sure if ne one here is following along any way but i got back in the mood to work on the truck today since it warmed up so i gave her a good hand wash while it wasnt raining and im gonna claybar her tomorrow, then wax her with zaino. In the meantime i got the interior plastics painted black and laid down the new carpeting. I sold the leather seats i had cause they werent perfect. Heres a couple pics:

seats will be black leather, havent really decided more then that, dash ill either be making one custom or getting one out of a 94-98 and smoothing then painting it black same with the door panels. Steering wheel will be a grant chrome with black leather.
