Man, I am never leaving TN. For $250k you could have a mansion or something (way more room than practical)

I was thinking of doing one of those steel buildings. It has to be atleast as safe as a mobile home and I am thinking I can get 1 acre of land + home (1200 sq ft [i am single] + materials and utilities for less than $60k.

I have phoenix gold speakers going in the ceilings and walls and I run paradigm for my home theatre system.

not at all in orlando lol. That house (guessing its close to downtown) would go for good money, but its more than likely he's lived there for a long *** time and likes the location.

Also, Tiger Woods bought his mom a house in a small rich city right next to orlando..it's called celebration and it looks like some fancy *** suburb out of a movie...I think part of the truman show was shot there.

I had all my knee surgeries at that hospital, the dude was the doctor or whatever for the females world cup team. Dr. Polumbo was his name, good as hell.

Also, living by islesworth isnt cheap, by far cheaper to completely demolish all but foundation and slab, and work your way up from there. Lake Nona is another place, that place is absolutely nuts how much you pay for a little house now.

He may be sitting on some prime land. When you buy a house, the house isn't the only thing worth something. The lot is too. He may like his location and have a high valued lot.
