for me to sell and build a 5000 sq ft in my area would have cost me close to a million, I bought this for 150, the prices of the houses around here have shot up, my house before I did this, was worth 380, to buy this size new.....whew. I live across from where they hold the bay hill invational, where Tiger woods lives....shaq, hardaway and a half a dozen other ball players live like under 5 miles from me. so to sell and buy new......nah
