Tripath is basically a Class D that uses an extremely high switching frequency that varies its freq dependant on the frequency being played. When playing low freqs, the switching freq goes down to increase efficiency at the cost of fidelity and at higher freqs, the switching is increased to offer better fidelity with lower efficiency.

uh i bought it off of my friends dad, the same guy who had some other cool stuff i bought off him, 20 bucks
