Check out this weird amp i just got

Tripath is basically a Class D that uses an extremely high switching frequency that varies its freq dependant on the frequency being played. When playing low freqs, the switching freq goes down to increase efficiency at the cost of fidelity and at higher freqs, the switching is increased to offer better fidelity with lower efficiency.
