Check my box please?

While I originally wanted to do a ported box, I really don't have the room to make a rectangular box, so I've decided to just go sealed instead.

15" Brahma (.18 ft^3 displacement)

3/4" MDF

Adire rec's 3.5 ft^3 max

height - 15"

width - 30"

depth - 18"

Going to double up the MDF on the top to help support the sub (firing up).

Here is the calculation:

( (15-2.25)*(30-1.5)*(18-1.5) / 1728 ) - .18 = 3.2897 ft^3

Should also leave about an inch, at the lowest point, of space between the sub and my hatchback. That should be ok since backpressure is good, right?

the volume is correct. And I think 1 inch is fine.
