Cheapest amp for between 1200-2000rms

Hello, i am looking for the cheapest amp that will run around 12-1500wrms at a 2ohm load. The amp will be powering 2x pioneer premier pro 3002D2 subs rated at 1000wrms/3500wmax. I was looking at a Power Acoustic LFA1-5500D, or BAMF 5500 amp. They are reasonably priced and should do at least 1000wrms.

imo, stay away from power acoustik's crap. There are plenty of other amps in that price range that will serve you much better.

I'd go with MB Quart..

will an Audiopipe AP15001D run at .5 ohm load? It does 900 at 2 Ohm, just below what i want.

i was gona say the AP 1500. I doubt it will handel .5 for a long tme.

Well, if any one has experience with the AP 1500, please do tell. If you guys think it is a nice solid amp, i think i might just buy it.

So, just to make sure, the Audiopipe 1500 will run 950w rms at 2 ohm, and if i hook my two pioneers two it with a final load of 2 ohm, they will each be getting 950wrms each?

So if i would only get half the power by hooking both subs up, why would i want the JBL? I would only be getting 750rms per sub, would i not?

Also, i though if you hook two subs to an amp on one channel, they would each get the same amount of power as if only one sub were hooked up. So i am wrong??
