I have a kicker CVR 12" I'll do for 80 shipped. its dual 2ohm so it'll work well with a 2channel or monoblock

um, CVR's get loud, buy mine! ONly amp I have is a 4channel so unless ur friend wants to power some other speakers, I didn't figure to offer it up

that punch 125.2 will do about 400+w and the momo is 400rms. is a good match.
