Are the new v-maxs good subs? Do they get loud compare to the type r? Do they sound good?

I havent had a chance to play with the new ones, but last years were great subs. Clean sounding and plenty of low end extention.

I have heard good reports on many different forums about the new '05 CV V-max. I have heard they are even better than the previous model.

The new '05 model has a traditional black surround rather than the red surround.

Cerwin Vega subs are well known for getting very Loud, especially the Strokers and the Vega series!
