Cedar Point is ok, can get boring if u live here

to me, no offense, but i expected a "higher" standard class of living when i went there..

Ive been wanting to go all summer, loved the Dragster and Millenium in the years past, interested to see this Maverick deal

i haven't been on it yet. when i went last year i waited like 2 hours in line then it broke down so i got out of line. i heard it's the most fun coaster there though..

i used to go every summer when i lived in ohio.... only rides i haven't ridden are top thrills and max air... i've even ridden the kiddie ones when i was little, haha...

haha yea, It has it's good parts and it's bad parts. Idk where you went through but the innner city sucks. The outskirts are decent. We now have a total of about 10 different indoorwater parks, including one of the biggest, Kalahari. I hate tourists. No offense

lawl its fine my friend and i went there at 16 at the end of july last year.. whatever part of the city is along the water before you cross over to cedar point is where we were at.. stayed in the car at a hotel across from mcdonalds..lawl

I actually just went yesterday and I was sadly dissapointed this time around. Maverick was down almost all day. Millenium was down most of the day and the Dragster was down about 1/2 the day and when it wasn't down it was 2+ hr wait which I can't justify waiting 2 hrs for a 20 second ride. I mean i went 120+ on the way home so what's the difference?

LOL, I think you may have been in the decent part of town, idk I can't really think.

And yes the constant rides being down sucks, and getting stuck at the top getting burnt for an hour..

I can imagine. Hell I get bored after about 8 hours and I am ready to go home.........or it could be the blisters on my feet, or the chafeing on my inner thighs, I don't know..............Plus is the only decent Amusement park around.......and I am 3 hours away, lol!

Kennywood is ok, as that is 1 hour away frome and cheaper, but I love all the choices you have at Cedar point and it just blows out anything in the water if you are a roller coaster rider, which I am.

x2 I live about an hour away and have a cottage about 15 mins away. Had season passes like 5 yrs straight now its just meh.

I need to hit up six flags-great america one of these days. Haven't been there in probably 5-6 years and I know they have some new coasters now.

Raging Bull still scares me though. All you have is this little lap belt type thing holding you in!

Raging Bull is nothing compared to Millennium Force or Top Thrill Dragster, thing of a lap bar the same size on a 310 foot tall coaster that does 93mph or the sme size again but on a 425 foot tall coaster that hits 120mph.

All of them scare the crap out of me!

You need to get to Cedar Point, Great America absolutely sucks in comparison.
