CD's play through the stock door speakers, but not the subs in the back.

My step-father and I wired up my system one day and the radio plays through the subs as normal, but when I put a CD in the sound only plays through the door speakers. My subs are wired into my amp correctly and work fine, I'm just not sure what to do from here

What deck is it and you did run RCAs to the amp, right?...

The amp needs to have the remote wire connected to it rather than the antenna wire.

x2. you should have 2 blue wires coming from the head unit, one with a white stripe. you have it on the wrong one, as that one is for a power antennae.
