CD Player Problem: Need Help!

Here's the problem: I have a Pioneer DEH-6700MP cd player. It has power has outputs sound and all but none of the buttons respond. I can put in a cd and turn the volume up and down or I can remove the CD to listen to the radio but cannot use any of the buttons to change channel, adjust settings, etc. Any help very much appreciated!
