I wouldnt trust car fax at all. Take a very trusted mechanic with you and look the vehicle over. Car fax can alot of times = scams. Seen it a few times working at my old dealership with used car lot.

What Im saying. That all accidents are not reported at all to car fax... I seen it a few times. Had cars that are used car lot buy from auction come in we look over them and find them to have been in a accident but car fax comes up clean. Then to find out five or six months down the road check it again comes up to have been in a accident. I wouldnt trust it.

i used carfax once and for some reason it said "stolen vehicle"

Called the DMV --they said nothing like that.

ran other reports and nothing like that as well
