Here's my favorite!!!
RTV a police whistle to the bottom of their oil pan or anywhere under the car that gets plenty of airflow!!!! Good laughs when they can't figure out why their car makes a weird noise at higher speeds!!!!!

when i was attending high school, kids wrapped thier friends car in saran wrap. like thw WHOLE thing. under the car , over the hood. around the trunk. that had me rolling for days.

take ONE rim/tire. or take the rim off , remove the tire then put the bare rim back on.

take his exhaust off the hanger so whenever he hits the slightest bump he'll hear that shit..

thats all i can think of for now..

Get some flour, wrap it up with siaran wrap, and duct tape making sure the flour can be seen. Put it under the seats or somewhere where he wouldn't normally look.
