car starting problems.. help?

soooo my car started to not start that good.. like it whines but takes a minute to kick over.. i thought something with my system was doing it.. mostly because it started doing it when i got my good system.. and yeah.. i get those big lag spikes .. going to do the big 3 in a minute... but it will still not start good even if i have not run my system in a couple days ( tried that)

soo... could it be the icu or ecu whatever that is??

some one told me it could be something that they had to take out my gas tank to fix it... i dont know..

can n e 1 tell me what COULD be causing my bad starting problems??

.. also they told me my starter was fine.

same thing started happening to me a little while ago when I put in my second amp, most likely its the battery not supplying power quite right. If I put in the key, switch it to 'on', wait a second or two, and then try and start it then it starts just fine. But if I put the key in and immediately try to start it it just takes a few seconds to start and sounds like the battery is almost dead even though its not

check voltage on your battery with no load and with load and post vdc readings
