car monitor distortion

I have a 91 Honda Accord station wagon it's got 16 TVs installed I am getting lines and jumpy screen in all of the TV screens except two that are running off of a power inverter because they are housed TVs that I installed one in the dash and a 32-inch in the back of the wagon I've had this car over 13 years and have gone through the wires at least three times already I've changed grounds and have checked all the grounds on the vehicle I also installed the Big 3 upgrade a higher output alternator 3 Optima Batteries I changed all the RCA's to the big fat heavy duty ones I've tried so many things to resolve this issue but just don't know what to do I know that 16 TVs is probably Overkill and if you're counting the head you in it that's 17 I purchased video splitters for multiple screens so I know they're all connected correctly but still have the lines flowing through the screens when the car is on if anyone out there can give me some tips on how I can resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated
