im in the market for a new hydraulic jack. i need something other than a craftsman that's reliable; ive used both craftsman products and each one takes too many pumps to get the car up. trying to find one for around 80 bucks.

anyone used one from michelin?

I have one of the cheapie aluminum racing jacks from ebay. Its ok. I like thats its light and I can carry it around in the back of my car. It hits the frame in like 2 pumps. Although it doesnt go as high as I would like. Really doesnt matter though cause I work at a shop and can use the lifts whenever.

my dads friend got one of those big heavy duty jacks from harbor freights for around 150. its still working today 13 years later.

i might get one of those but a good brand would be nice.

not in your price range but they can be found for cheaper. One of the best floorjacks around. Notice the lowrider front end. lol
